2. User Registration & Account Responsibility

• To purchase or sell on TNeCART.com, you must create an account with accurate personal information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You must not share or transfer your account access to others.

3. Seller Guidelines

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and shipping information.

• The sale of fake, illegal, expired, or restricted items is strictly prohibited.

• Homemade and handcrafted items should meet safety and hygiene standards.

• TNeCART.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders & Payments

• Customers must ensure payment is completed successfully using the available options (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or Cash on Delivery – COD).

• Once an order is confirmed, the seller is responsible for processing and dispatching it within the specified timeframe.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch, subject to product eligibility.

• Some items such as custom-made, perishable, or homemade food products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after a valid cancellation or return.
