At TNeCART.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in line with industry standards in India, while also respecting the efforts of our independent sellers and home-based product makers.
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before it has been packed or shipped by the seller. Simply go to My Orders → Cancel Order.
After Dispatch:
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return (if applicable) after delivery.
Prepaid Orders:
On successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
COD Orders:
If you cancel a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order before dispatch, no charges apply. Repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.
TNeCART.com is a multi-seller marketplace. Individual sellers may have specific cancellation cut-off times or conditions, especially for:
Made-to-order items
Perishable goods (like homemade snacks)
Personalized or handcrafted products
These items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. Please check the product page for seller-specific policies.
We may cancel your order due to:
Unavailability of product or stock
Inaccurate pricing or listing errors
Issues with payment or delivery address
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and initiate a full refund (if prepaid).

Go to My Orders
Click on the order you wish to cancel
Select Cancel Order (if available)
You will receive an email or SMS confirming the cancellation.
