  • We deliver across most locations in India through our partnered courier/logistics services.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may have limited or no delivery service.


2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Products are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:

    • Seller location

    • Customer location

    • Type of product (e.g., food, cosmetics, liquids)

    • Shipping method

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 9 working days (depending on region and seller)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply as per the product size, weight, and location.

  • For some products/sellers, free shipping may be offered.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Seller-Handled Shipping

  • Some sellers (especially local/home-based businesses) may handle their own delivery or use third-party courier services.

  • In such cases, the seller is responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email/SMS/your account dashboard.

  • You can monitor the delivery status at any time via your TNeCART "My Orders" page.


6. Delivery Delays

We try our best to meet delivery timelines, but delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festival seasons

  • Transportation issues

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Product availability or sourcing (especially in homemade categories)

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or your package is missing items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery via email or through your TNeCART account.

  • Share relevant photos/videos of the product and packaging for quicker resolution.


8. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons, the product may be:

    • Re-attempted for delivery

    • Returned to the seller (in which case re-shipping charges may apply)


9. Bulk Orders & Custom Shipping

For large or bulk orders (e.g., wholesale or customized gifts), please contact us in advance to discuss shipping logistics and special rates.
