Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Some products, such as perishable food items, custom-made products, and opened herbal cosmetics, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for the return along with photos if applicable.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the return shipping process.
For valid returns, TNeCART.com or the seller will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the seller if the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
For returns due to customer preference (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund amounts will exclude any shipping or handling fees unless the return is due to seller error.
Currently, TNeCART.com does not support direct product exchanges.
Please place a new order if you wish to purchase a different item.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as returns and are subject to the return policy.
